Volunteer Mentor Training Registration

Who can attend?
-Anyone that would like to meet and interact with GIYF teens in a mentoring capacity on a regular basis, specifically with those residing at Oak House and Magnolia House!
-Anyone that would like training on how to deal with teens from a trauma background or teens that are struggling.
What is the cost?
- $50.00 per attendee, prepaid below. This will help us offset the cost of a background check for mentors as well as provide each volunteer with ownership of the opportunity to join our work.
How do I register?
- Complete the registration form below and pay the $50 registration fee.
Is the training required?
-Yes, this training is mandatory for anyone that would like to be in the lives of our teens on an ongoing basis. It is important that those representing GIYF are complementing our approach and our methodology so that we are united in our efforts to support and guide these young adults. Background checks are also required for all volunteer mentors.
